on the field of student success and retention. As the Assistant Director of SOI Student
Success Programs at Kennesaw State University (KSU), he brings a wealth of knowledge
and a proven track record of empowering students to excel academically and personally.
In his current role as Assistant Director, Mr. Stinchcomb serves as an impactful leader
and administrator. His dedication to ensuring that all students have equal access
to opportunities and resources is at the core of his mission. He has been instrumental
in creating a supportive and inclusive campus environment that fosters student success,
progression, and retention.
With a solid foundation in academic achievement, Mr. Stinchcomb earned both his Bachelor's
degree in Human Services (2011) and his Master of Public Administration (2013) from
KSU, with a dual concentration in nonprofit management and case management. Recognizing
the importance of direct service and the need to foster student progression and retention,
he pursued a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia's clinical program
in 2018, solidifying his commitment to positively impact the lives of students. Mr.
Stinchcomb's passion for student success is exemplified through his certifications
as a Human Service – Board Certified Practitioner and Certified Nonprofit Professional.
